Sharing Library Collections

I have created and uploaded forms on to the library so that colleagues in different country offices are able to use it as a template while creating their own forms. But I am not able to share the folders in the library or specify access rights. I would like to make the collections available for public use. Any solutions? Thank you in advance

Thanks for your message. We encourage that you use intercom to raise your queries or respond to any issue. This will minimize your waiting time since we have migrated to intercom and definately having a much faster response time on that side. We are here to support you.

The questions in your library are basically your questions. You have to share the account with your people to be able to have access to your library. You could have an account for designing questionnaires that is shared then you could always export the questionnaires for use in project specific accounts..
