Server 500

Dear all,

We cannot access to our account which we have been using for 2 years already. This problem maybe because we tried to upgrade the new Kobotoolbox version. Since we tried upgrade the new version, when we try to sign it loads up the server error 500 screen. Please can you help us to sove this problem as we have to start data collection on Monday.
